ICG Strategy
ICG identifies, capitalizes and grows companies in the SaaS and tech-enabled BPO sectors. We carefully select these companies based on their potential to become market changers and market leaders. Due to our specific focus and expertise, we believe we can identify trends, companies and opportunities in these sectors that result in the creation of long-term value for both our partner companies and ICG investors.
We have demonstrated expertise in identifying emerging Internet-based business models that have the greatest potential to create profitable, sustainable companies. Our team also has substantial experience in operating successful companies. We use this knowledge to acquire companies and help them refine and execute their strategies. By looking across our areas of focus we are able to shape methodologies across our partner companies, cross-pollinate business models and replicate effective operational and management approaches.
ICG seeks to create stockholder value by building its existing partner companies and by focusing on primarily acquiring majority stakes in new partner companies that operate in our focus sectors. Our goal is to grow them into leading platform companies in their respective markets. In conjunction with ICG’s primary acquisition focus, we also explore owning smaller interests in rapid-growth companies in our focus sectors.
