The fact that so many of these common characteristics are found at companies within our primary focus areas - SaaS and tech-enabled BPO – makes these sectors incredibly compelling. Over the past decade, businesses have increasingly looked for ways to increase productivity and efficiency and streamline, automate or otherwise improve their business processes – in good economic times and bad. Our goal is to own stakes in profitable, sustainable companies that are leaders in their respective markets. Looking across our existing network of partner companies, as well as those within our acquisition pipeline, most are accelerating revenue and earnings growth, acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones, increasing financial strength, expanding globally and becoming market leaders.
