Acquisition Thesis

ICG identifies, capitalizes and grows companies in the SaaS and tech-enabled BPO sectors.  We select these companies based on their potential to become market changers and market leaders.


To that end, we look at a very broad range of companies in our focus sectors. We have the financial flexibility to evaluate deals large and small, typically no smaller than $10m and upwards to $100m.  We are guided by the potential we see in a company, along with a disciplined and prudent set of criteria, to ensure that we are applying our resources against an opportunity we believe will create value for all stakeholders - from the entrepreneur to the ICG stockholder.
